Placement is a very important activity at ASBM. The Placement Cell strives for final placements for passing out students. It also helps the students of first year for summer placement. The Cell keeps close liaison with various industrial establishments (both private and public sectors), which conduct campus interviews and select the students from all disciplines. The Placement Cell provides the infra-structural facilities to recruiters to conduct group discussions, tests and interviews.

At the beginning of the academic year, a general meeting of final-year students from all the programmes is called, where they are thoroughly briefed about the modus - operandi of placement procedures and the expectations of industries. Advice and training is given on how students can go about in securing coveted positions in prestigious establishments. A committee comprising representatives of students from all the academic programmes assist the Placement Officer. The committee evolves a broad policy framework every year. Students are closely co-opted in implementing these policy decisions. The Cell interacts with large number of industries. Most of them visit the campus for holding campus interviews.
