heritage programs to provide an integrated approach for working

outdoor recreation or cultural activities students develop a sense

Outdoor
Management Training
Outdoor management training programmes are conducted annually to
enhance mental and physical qualities of students. Video schools
are conducted to map the behavioral pattern of each student during
the outdoor training. Subsequently the video clippings are viewed
to gain feedback for improvements. The program is conducted with
an objective to develop qualities such as team spirit, resourcefulness,
risk taking ability and decision making.
